Dairy Farm Shopping Centre is pleased to announce that award-winning eatery, Little Mexican Deli has opened at Dairy Farm Shopping Centre.

Bringing 5 new jobs to the area, the Little Mexican Deli offers a range of authentic Mexican street food with sit-in, takeaway and delivery services. The deli also provides a five-day gourmet healthy meal plan currently utilised by 100 individuals weekly. Little Mexican Deli was the winner of the 2017 Best Of The West – Best Business Newcomer and first opened its flagship store in 2015 on the Falls Road, Belfast.

Lisa Brennan, Co-Owner of Little Mexican Deli commented:

“We’ve been working extremely hard at our current store which is located on the Falls Road and feel it’s the right time to open a second. Dairy Farm Shopping Centre is the perfect location to introduce our products to a growing market for Mexican food. The support we have received from Ortus to make this move possible has been invaluable and we are delighted to have our second store opened at Dairy Farm Shopping Centre.”

Mandy Copeland, Dairy Farm Shopping Centre Manager, added:

“We are delighted to welcome Little Mexican Deli to Dairy Farm Shopping Centre. This award-winning business has been serving the West Belfast community and beyond for over 2 years from their existing premises. Their rapid growth and expansion to Dairy Farm Shopping Centre is a testament to the high-quality food and service they provide.

We have enjoyed working with Lisa and the team during their transition to the centre are looking forward to seeing their business develop and grow with what we believe will be strong support from the local community.

This expansion falls at a great time with the recently announced new Children’s Soft Play Area, Roar & Explore set to open. The brand new state-of-the-art facility will boast three party rooms, a three-tier soft play area as well as a toddler and baby area and will be a great addition to the Shopping Centre.”

Patrick Tracey, Co-Owner further commented on why they chose the Dairy Farm Shopping Centre:

“We choose Dairy Farm due to its location, it’s an area with a growing population and we feel there is a gap in the market for Mexican food.  We are aware that the area is earmarked for regeneration and we are excited by this development.  Many of our current customers come from the area and we wanted to bring our services closer to them. Not only our customers but our meal plans are prepared from a unit we rent in Dunmurry”
